Enter the user name and password you made while signing up in the login box at the top of the home page.

What do I do if I can't see my Jumpsuit? (back)
You most probably do not have the latest versions of Adobe Flash(TM) and Shockwave(TM) players. Just download and install them - there are links on the help page.

What happens if I can't teleport to orbit? (back)
If you are running Windows Vista(TM) then you need to turn off internet protected mode. Look at the help page for this.
Why are there three scrolling modes? (back)
Follow Jumpsuit tracks the movement of your Jumpsuit. Free scrolling lets you scan across the landscape you are in without moving your jumpsuit. Scrolling off is in case the computer you are playing on is having trouble keeping up with the landscapes, which use a lot of complex graphics. Change the scrolling mode at any time by clciking on the 'scrolling' tab.

How do I customize my Jumpsuit? (back)
When you first log in you will be invited to customize your jumpsuit. Change the color, change the design ("stripe") and change the color of the stripe by clicking on the various options. See how the suit looks in a variety of different poses by clicking the 'turn' or 'fly' buttons, then when you are happy click save.
You can change your jumpsuit at any time by going and clicking on 'edit jumpsuit' in the top tab on the right of the screen.

How do I chat? (back)
Just type, and you will see the words you are going to say come up at the bottom of the screen. Hit enter and your Jumpsuit will say the words. You can also choose phrases from the pre-scripted chat on the tab on the right - don't forget to hit enter.

What does chat log do? (back)
Chat log lets you go back and see what was said when you were on a landscape - if you were out of site of somebody elses jumpsuit for example. Just click the tab to see if you missed something.

How do I Colonize a planet? (back)
First, you need to teleport to orbit by clicking this option in the 'teleport' tab. The space taxi will be waiting in orbit around Planet Central (unless you have already bought a spaceship). Use either the mouse or the arrow keys to fly whichever spaceship you are travelling in. If you see a planet you want to visit, you can either fly to it in this way, or click on with with you mouse to engage 'autopilot' mode.

When you are ready to choose a planet, either fly around until you find one which is free, or click the 'sector' tab on the left of the screen. Here you will see all of the planets in your current sector. Free planets will usually start with the letters 'TP', (like 'TP-1-1-PW-17) to show that they have not been named yet and only have a catalogue number. The letter refer to the type of plant native to that planet - Recyclotron, Megalicious, Powerup, Hypermatter or Biohealthoid.
If there are no free planets in your sector, click on the galaxy button to jump to a new sector, or click on the universe button to fly to a different galaxy.
When you enter orbit around a free planet a message box will appear with the option to colonize. If you choose this you will then be able to choose the texture of your planet, and change the native plant species if you like. When you click the 'next' button you will have the option to name your planet (click in the box and click backspace on your keyboard, then type) and do the same to name your first landscape.

How do I customize my landscape? (back)
Click on the bottom right tab on the right, and choose 'edit landscape'. You will be asked which landscape you want to customize; later on, as you add more landscapes, you will be able to decide which one you want to change from this list.
You will have a few items in your inventory to start off with. Landscapes are made up of skies, backgrounds, midgrounds and foregrounds and you can mix and match these to make whole new worlds, and add buidlings to them later.

You will probably want to buy some new elements for the landscapes. To do this, click on the landscape shop button either in the bottom tab on the right of the screen. or from within the edit landscape screen.
Click on a landscape layer such as 'Sky', then click on 'Sky sets'. You will see thumbnails of the skies in that set - click on one to try it out on your world. You can click the arrow in the middle of the screen for a better view, then click the middle tab to get back to the edit or shop screen.
When you find a sky you like (or more than one you like) just click 'buy'. You will be told the price (as a Citizen you get MTP 12000 Stars to start with) and asked if you want to buy. You can buy as many assets as you have MTP Stars for.

REMEMBER that when you buy an asset you need to then edit your landscape. Because you might want to apply a sky to different landscapes, when you buy an item it only goes into your inventory - it isn't applied.
When you edit your landscape using your new assets, click through the layers and choose the combination you want - then click save. Your landscape is now ready for you to visit.
How do I add buildings? (back)
Adding buildings is a lot like adding elements to landscape, except that you can place your building anywhere on the screen, and can also buy functions for it. Buildings can be games rooms, chat rooms, message rooms, quiz rooms and factoid rooms.
First, click on the Buildings Shop option in the tab on the right of the screen. Choose a building style, and either see what you already have in your inventory or buy a new building. When you are ready, click on the building you want to place and then click on 'Assign and Deploy'. You will then be asked for which planet and which landscape (so that when you have built up your star empire you will be able to swap buildings around). Just to make sure, you will be taken to your building inventory, where you can also buy a function for the building.
When you have selected the building form you inventory, click 'deploy. You will see a transparent image of your building which you can place wherever you like. Also, choose what sort of building it's going to be from the list on the left.
